By accessing or using GearListPro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GearListPro provides analytics, listing grading, and AI-assisted optimization tools for sellers on Reverb.com. We access your Reverb listing data through authorized API connections to provide these services.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your Reverb API tokens. You agree not to share your account access or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Data Usage

We access your Reverb listing data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. AI-generated suggestions are provided as recommendations. You always review and approve changes before they are applied to your Reverb listings.

5. Billing and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the subscription management portal. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

6. Limitation of Liability

GearListPro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for changes made to your Reverb listings, pricing outcomes, or any losses resulting from the use of AI-generated suggestions.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
