1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: your email address, name, and Reverb account connection details. We also collect your Reverb listing data (titles, descriptions, prices, photos) through the Reverb API to provide our analytics and optimization services.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide listing analytics and grading, generate AI-powered listing suggestions, process payments, and communicate about your account. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
3. AI Processing
When you use our AI Fix feature, your listing data is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate suggestions. This data is processed according to Anthropic's data usage policies and is not used to train AI models.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies. Payment information is processed and stored by Stripe. We never store your credit card details directly. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
5. Data Retention
We retain your account and listing data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You may disconnect your Reverb account at any time, which stops all data syncing.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
